RETURN, EXCHANGES & REPAIRS

We genuinely hope that you will love your special piece of NON jewelry! We are unable to offer returns on personalized pieces because they have been made specifically for you, however we want to ensure you are 100% happy with your jewelry so please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

For all non-personalized pieced, we offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your jewelry. We encourage you to try on your piece, but we understand if it doesn’t work out— we simply ask that you return the jewelry in the original packaging.

Every piece of NON jewelry is made to last, but we understand that a well-loved piece may need a little TLC along the way; if it becomes necessary, we offer free repairs on all NON jewelry for one year after you receive your piece (we’ll even cover shipping costs!) to ensure that you can enjoy it as long as possible. We are also happy to repair any piece of NON jewelry after the one year period for a flat rate of $7 to cover shipping costs.


Returns

Timeframe: Within 30 days of receiving your piece
Condition: Non-personalized jewelry in original packaging
Return shipping: $4.50
Processing time: We will refund to your original form of payment, minus return shipping, within 1 week of receiving your return item.


Exchanges

Timeframe: Within 30 days of receiving your piece
Condition: Non-personalized jewelry in original packaging
Exchange shipping: $4.50
Processing time: We will refund to your original form of payment, minus return shipping, within one week of receiving your return item.


Repairs

Timeframe: Anytime
Condition: Any piece of NON jewelry in need of repair including broken clasps, chains, or loose pendants
Repair shipping: Free for one year after receiving your piece. After one year there is a flat rate of $7 to cover shipping cost.
Processing time: We will complete the repair and ship your piece back to you within 2 weeks of receiving your repair item.
